Cyber Security & Sovereign AI: HarfangLab and Myra Security Updates

HARFANGLAB now proposes a complete suite of key cybersecurity features

HarfangLab, the French cybersecurity company, has released its Q3 2026 product update. The quarter’s main change is scope. HarfangLab is extending protection and response beyond the endpoint to the wider workspace, adding new capabilities for identities, email and day-to-day security operations.

Identity and email

The biggest additions are two new protection areas. Identity Threat Detection and Response covers Microsoft Entra ID. Teams can discover and list users, groups and assets, detect suspicious behaviour with their own or HarfangLab-curated Sigma rules, and respond directly by disabling accounts or resetting passwords. A new cloud-based Secure Email Gateway filters traffic before it reaches users. It includes malware scanning, spam filtering, URL analysis, SPF/DKIM/DMARC checks and quarantine management.

Sharper detection and response

Analysts also get more context. New features include richer telemetry (Linux session data and device details), a new browser extension with live URL telemetry, and clearer vulnerability reporting that tracks CVEs by severity and shows which applications are affected. The Threats engine now groups related security events more intelligently, so an attack’s full scope is visible sooner. Conversations with Kio, HarfangLab’s AI assistant, can now be shared and searched.

Easier to run

New labels, automations, firewall tooling and administration features aim to make the platform simpler to operate every day.

Myra Security Launches AI Workspace: Sovereign AI for Sensitive Data

AI is now part of everyday work. Teams use it to draft documents, analyse data and answer questions faster. But many organisations still can’t answer a simple question: what data leaves the company through AI prompts, and where does it end up? For companies, public authorities and critical infrastructure operators, one prompt containing customer data, contract details or internal documents can be a compliance risk.

ECA member Myra Security has just launched its answer: Myra AI Workspace.

What it is

Myra AI Workspace is an AI platform for organisations that handle sensitive data. It combines a secure gateway to AI models with a familiar chat and project interface. Employees can use leading AI tools, and the organisation keeps central control over how they are used.

How it works

  • Data masking: Personal and confidential data, such as names, email addresses and IBANs, is masked before a request reaches an AI model. The original values never leave Myra’s EU infrastructure.
  • Choice of models: One access point gives teams more than 20 providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Mistral. For highly sensitive content, open-source models such as Gemma and Qwen run on Myra’s own infrastructure in the EU, with no third-party access.
  • Full control: Role and permission management, budgets per organisation, team or user, and a complete audit log.
  • Ready to use: Teams can start right away, with no lengthy training.
