1. Join with a 14-Day Free Trial & Submit Your Application
Shortly after sign-up, you’ll receive a link to complete your application. You can either:
Be recommended by a verified ECA member who can vouch for your expertise
Or apply independently: we’ll review your background and may invite you for a short introductory call
The entire process takes place within your free trial period.
2. Get Approved & Go Live
Once approved, your profile becomes active on the platform. You can start receiving mentoring or coaching requests – and making an impact.
3. Engage With Purpose

Yes. Mentor membership is required to participate in the program. It costs €50 per year and includes access to the platform, visibility, and invitations to ECA activities.
Mentoring is voluntary and informal – it’s about sharing experience and strategic guidance. Coaching is paid and structured – it’s goal-driven, often focused on business outcomes, and tied to deliverables.
After sign-up, you’ll receive an application link. You can apply through a member recommendation or independently. In the latter case, we’ll assess your profile and may conduct a short interview.
No worries. You can cancel anytime during your 14-day trial without being charged or become a personal member of the ECA.
You set your own rates. ECA applies a 10% commission on paid coaching engagements. You arrange your payments directly with your coachee.
