D–STACK TO PROVIDE A SOVEREIGN COHERENT TECHNOLOGICAL PILE TO GERMAN ADMINISTRATIONS
Thanks to the D-STACK project, the German administrations will get their own, sovereign and coherent, technological pile. The idea is to define an unique frame, from data infrastructure and orchestration to middle ware and to applications and AI usage. This frame will be common to all administrations, hence stopping the dispersion of efforts. It will be based on European software, and will embark pieces of software already developed when possible, instead of re-inventing everything (think of France …)

The two defenders have decided to appeal the decision. On their side, TIK TOK and SNAPCHAT have preferred to negotiate compensation. META has also been condemned by another court for the same reasons. In fact hundreds of trials are scheduled in the USA on the same ground.

LINKEDIN SUSPECTED OF BLATANT VIOLATION OF PRIVACY RULES
According to some reports, every time any of LinkedIn’s one billion users visits linkedin.com, hidden code searches their computer for installed software, collects the results, and transmits them to LinkedIn’s servers and possibly to third-party companies including an investigation firm. The user is never asked. Never told. LinkedIn’s privacy policy does not mention it. Moreover, as LinkedIn knows each user’s real name, employer, and job title, it is not searching anonymous visitors. It is searching for identified people at identified companies.
FACEBOOK TRIES TO CHEAT EUROPEAN RULES
Facebook users are receiving strange messages suggesting they choose between two alternatives: either moving to the paying service, or accepting ads. The problem is that, if the user clicks on Accept Ads, he/she is informed that his/her data can be retrieved and sorted out by Facebook – probably to better target the ads directed to the user, or even to continue feeding META ‘s AI training systems. This sounds totally opposed to the EU rules.
INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION ON SOVEREIGN SYSTEMS
