 Michael Schuhmacher has extensive experience in various finance functions at technology-oriented companies. Most recently, he was CFO at one of Germany’s leading digital solution providers. As part of the buy & build strategy, he was responsible for setting up and integrating the finance processes for each transaction. In cooperation with private equity funds and banks, he was able to expand his expertise in recipient-oriented reporting.
