Facilitate the development of a trustworthy European Ecosystem

WHAT WE INTEND TO DO IN THIS GROUP

COMPARATIVE LEGAL APPROACHES :

  • Identify the divergent legal qualifications between the French, German, Swiss and Austrian treatment of shareholder agreements.
  • Aspects of competition law, respective treatment of privacy protection under GDPR in the respective jurisdictions, how professional mobility is dealt with, and what are the needs of entrepreneurs and their staff to successfully create European champions.

FIRST ACTIONS

INCUBATION OF NEW IDEAS AND PRACTICES FOR EUROPEAN CHAMPIONS :

  • Gather legal experts on legal and regulatory issues and contexts to make recommendations.
  • Capturing knowledge and managing it for the benefit of scaleups accompanied by the Court of Auditors.
