Viisi is a fast-growing mortgage broker, that specializes in mortgage advice for first-time homebuyers, young professionals, and expats. Viisi has a clear purpose: let’s change finance. The company works with a #PeopleFirst strategy, which means employees always come first, followed by clients. Shareholders come last. All with the ultimate aim to make the financial sector better, more sustainable, and more focussed on the long term. The company has offices in 30+ cities throughout the Netherlands. The head office is located in Amsterdam at Surinameplein.
Viisi is the first financial organization in the world to implement the Holacracy governance model and one of the few organizations that have its entire organizational structure open to anyone interested in it. Viisi supports all organizations that also (want to) work with self-organization by sharing experiences and information, which they do through the Viisi Insights company.
Tom Van der Lubbe is the co-founder of Viisi, a financial services company that offers customized mortgage solutions. Prior to Viisi, Tom worked for MLP and as a consultant at McKinsey. He also acts as an advisor and board member for startups, corporates and entrepreneurial & cultural initiatives. His mission and firm belief is that we should leave the world in a better shape than it was when we were born.
